Welcome to Hideaway Day Camp
Since 1961, Hideaway Day Camp has given our campers the true camp experience! Located minutes from Valley Forge Park on 72 truly unspoiled acres on the Skippack Creek, we provide our campers the traditional camp experience with our rolling hills, pond, nature trails, and endless streams and creeks. Originally a farm circa 1752, the property has operated as a private day camp for over 60 years.
Go swimming, challenge yourself on our two ropes courses, with rock wall and zip line, canoe & fish, come play on our 18-hole miniature golf course, GaGa courts, volleyball, basketball, drama, arts & crafts, hiking, camp site activity, cook outs, and much more!
With the help of our professional teaching staff, our campers, aged 5-14 (must have completed Pre-K/K and have turned 5 by May 1st ~ 8th grade completed prior to the camp season) improve their present skills, develop new interests, and ultimately uncover hidden talents in an atmosphere that is exciting, healthy and always fun! Stressing teamwork in every activity, campers learn the importance of needing others, building friendships, and working toward each goal as a team!
